Knowledge and understanding of the relation between product and shelf space. Strong analytical skill with the ability to solve business problems. Strong PC skills with a preferred broad knowledge of any of the following Apollo, Galleria, Designer Workstation, Pro Space, Spaceman, Microsoft Office (proficient with Excel and Access). Experience as merchandiser more than 2 years at retail sector Insure planograms are compliant and distributed to the appropriate people Work with account managers and analysts to create and execute exit strategies for clearance products Create and maintain store layout information
Work with customer’s planogram team and account managers to insure planogram compliance Analyze the need for planogram changes according data and trends, including primary and secondary data sources Coordinate work flow and keep projects on schedule
Provide administrative and sales support Analyze performance metrics, such as turns, margins and sales to provide recommendations to management that identify potential opportunities to improve productivity of space
Create and manage planograms at the store level using space planning software according to the store’s merchandising and planogram standards This role will be responsible for the visual representations of a store’s products or services that indicates the placement of retail products on shelves in order to maximize customer convenience, sales and profits of the company
